Shipping
Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS.
Processing time: Orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Shipping costs: Shipping is charged to the customer and calculated at checkout based on weight. To reflect the policies of our carrier, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
Return window: You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
How to start a return: Email us at returns@neverdropshipping.com to begin. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover return shipping fees.
Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee, calculated on the item price, will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for standard returns. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Replacements for damaged or defective items are covered in the section below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at returns@neverdropshipping.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will work with you to make things right.
Claims made after 10 days are handled under our standard return policy above.
